oooh nice, congrats! ;D i know i don't belong here :-X but i was just sneaking we're going to send the Quebec forms on monday. 2 weeks is short! so can you tell me who's receiving the CSQ? the sponsored person? they mailed you the doc in Turkey? i'm afraid it'll get lost if they send it overseas...

Hi CutiePie, CSQ is sent to the sponsor by mail. I, the sponsor, live in Canada, so it was not send to Turkey. The envelope MICC sends includes a copy of the undertaking agreement form and two copies of CSQ. They also included a letter which confirmed that we have been accepted and the Ankara VO has been informed of the decision.

I am so happy that at least this one didn't take too long! MICC received my application on June 26th and I received the CSQ in mail on July 10th

Hello,

Even my spouse got the AOR2 from NDVO and it also says to send the PCC and Payment if not already submitted. I understand that it is a computer generated report. However, what confuses me is that as part of the original document package, there is a checklist that clearly states a column for original PCC and payments. Also before the application going from CPC here in Canada to NDVO, isn't part of Approving us and providing us the AOR/SA is having a complete package and not missing any forms (specially when it comes to original documents)?

I have submitted all of my required documents with the original package but I'm still on the fence about sending the copies of them to NDVO?

Any inputs?

It's just a computer generated email, which pretty much everyone gets. They most likely haven't even touched your file yet, and have no way of knowing whats in there or not. Think of it as just an acknowledgement by NDVO that they have received your file, and nothing more. Just relax (did I just really said that... lol!) and wait for your PPR to arrive. You have done your part for the time being. Good luck!

Hi everyone. I had applied on 23rd april 2014. And all of a sudden I found out that I had filed a wrong application. Instead of outland app. I filed inland. I got so afraid that they might return my file without even opening. So I resubmitted my file on june 23rd 2014 also withdrawn the earlier one.

Now is that my good luck or bad luck cant really say. The officer opened my package and asked for remaining documents. In some cases if the file is incomplete, they just send it back but instead it happened the other way round.I am still on the spreadsheet so if you want to change my details.

Sure. Whats ur status gagan? Got ur AOR from NDVO? Any update after that? I had stopped following the forum for a while. But I am back again.

Yes kinjal, i received my aor nd approval nd my file ws transferred to ndvo on 29th may.

Mrs.KOR, i just wanted to give you a heads up about something. a user here had to go through Quebec as well, then her app was transfered overseas. after 4 months after the VO received her app, they e-mailed the sponsored person for the CSQ. apparently MICC hasn't notified the overseas VO about the CSQ (!!). i think it's normal human error but to overcome this you should order your GCMS notes somewhere next month or so, to make sure the Ankara VO attached the CSQ to your file. i'll surely do the same thing :

MICC advises that you contact your respective visa office and ask them if they require the hard copy of CSQ. It all depends on the VO's practice, I believe. I know that Ankara receives it directly from MICC.

However, I will still order my GCMS notes to be sure

Hi Everyone,

I've been following this forum for a while, but now have a question for any UK sponsor applicants. I had a look at the spreadsheet and it seems that any UK applicants are still waiting for sponsorship approval? We sent our application from the UK on 9th April, so I am guessing that they received the application about a week later, 16th April. I wanted to send it to be signed for but the lady at the post office told us that since it was being sent to a PO box, we couldn't. Anyways, we have heard NOTHING. Any UK applicants, how long did it take for you to hear about even just sponsorship approval? I saw on the processing timeline at they were working on April applications in June, so does that mean that it is now 55 days from the date they started 'working on' those applications?

I'm starting to get worried now because I thought we were applying with plenty of time...my UK visa expires here at the end of June 2015 and now I am starting to get worried that everything won't be said and done by then!

Any advice or wisdom appreciated!
