Hi guys, plz answer dis.
On 29th may my file ws transferred to ndvo. My ecas shows application received but i got my medical done. I read many posts where ppl say ecas status shows application received and medical received if medical already done, den y medical received is nt updated on my ecas. Is dis normal??? Anyone vid same issue??? Or its only me.

WOW Congrats. lucky you. They are still processing April 16 applications from what is mentioned on the cic website.

Gives me hope that the processing time is going to decrease in the coming days!!!

Mine is the same. Its just Application received but I send my medical proof with my documents.

I called the CIC costumer service and they said they sent an email to me on June 2 (online it says they sent a letter by mail with the decision). I asked them to resend the email and it came through today. So I guess my SA should be dated June 2, 2014. Now the long wait begins...Anybody knows what are the next steps?

Hi, dnt wrry i also got dat email on 12th june. Dere is no need of resending them if u already snt coz jst read da email once again its highlighted dat if not submitted only den u need to snd dem again. Its computer generated email jst to tell dey received ur application. My representative told dere is no need of a rply, he deals vid 100 cases evry year so knws better den us. Jst relax.

my application is outbound. My common law partner is Permanent resident in Canada and we have Daughter that was born in Canada and I just left and went back home because I got my work permit expired 2 years ago. Now she is trying to get me as common law.

It means you have your AOR from Mississauga but you don't have SA yet for sponsorship.


This is what mine says

Sponsorship - Decision Made

1 We received your application to sponsor XXXXX XXXXXX on April 2, 2014.

2 We sent you a letter on May 26, 2014 about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.


Permanent Residence - Application Received

1 We received XXXXXX XXXXX's application for permanent residence on April 2, 2014.

2 Medical results have been received.

May b Ottawa VO doesn't acknowledge the receipt of applications to them :-X did u checked on that? What's your application status say when u provide ur spouse details?

Then for mine it says: Application Received, Medical Results received

Yup... Their you go. It's safely reached Ottawa and they already got medicals..so no worries but I can't understand why those guys send an email to you. May be that's their style of working. Cheers
