my ecas is not working but im not worried it will start working i a day or two

my ecas worked after 2-3 days.... but I agreed with some of the member here... it's useless

my letter and ecas have the typo on her middle name. I called them, the said I need to contact Singapore

? Because of their typo, you have to follow up with Singapore? (>_<) I guess I shouldn't be surprised. At least your application is on its way.

I'd become convinced that I'd missed a signature or tick-box somewhere and would be receiving my file back in the mail. Or more likely, 2/3 of the file in a half-open envelope stuffed into a neighbour's mailbox. In four months.... (e_e)

Day by day, we're getting there!

you only need to go in the settings and its in the part of the forum profile information and then signature!

yeah, I am glad it's going... I have heard a lot of application missed a signature/check box and have to start from the beginning.

I have just joined this forum after looking at it for months whilst completing my application. Congratulations to everybody whom has already received news in April. My application was filed on 13th April so hopefully not too much longer.

I too started to worry as soon as I posted the application that I had missed something and looking over it again I have realised that I accidentally ticked the box that I can communicate in French ???. How I did that I do not know and I have been freaking out ever since. Does anybody know what the best way to contact them is? Is there an email address?

Did you indicate that you *only* speak French? That must have struck them as odd if you filled in an English-language form... 8)

I'd wait 'til you hear from them only in French and respond with a note indicating your language preferences.

I was just concerned that I didn't want them to think I was lying if it ever came up.

I saw that some people sent the package to a specific adress in Mississauga.. but what about the P.O box they wrote in the guide? Well.. i sent it to the P.O box and im starting to wonder if i did good? Hahaa.. not funny! Would someone tell me about this? ??? Thanks

No, the P.O. box is only for documents you want destroyed.

I jest! Mine went to the P.O. box as well.
