i receive email from canada visa office that my visa will expire on feb 2013 and asked me to submit my passport in abu dhabi visa office for my visa. but i failed to submit after 30 days.

No, but if you don't submit pretty soon, you will get a letter stating along the line "it appears that you are no longer interesting emigrating to Canada, if your passport is not received within xx days, your application will be cancelled."
