Hi, Not sure about approved photo studio, but i got mine and my family photos done from Photomagic in motor city. However PR cards for my family (wife and 2 kids) were approved and i got a photo resubmission request.

Visit any studio and take the photo specification page to them and ask them to take the photo as per that.
