Approved LMIA need not to go through JOB bank....?

Hi,
I am applying on FEDERAL SKILL VISA . One of the person from consultant told me like " Some of our approved LMIA need not to go through JOB bank, We process directly in our many cases, " My LMIA was approved on 2014, December.

Is it true that the one whose LMIA has already been approved need not required to go through JOB BANK in order to apply under EXPRESS ENTRY ?

Read paragraph on CIC express entry details page

It says:

"Anyone who does not already have a job offer supported by a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) (if you need one), or a nomination from a province or territory, must register with Employment and Social Development Canada’s (ESDC) Job Bank. Job Bank will help connect Express Entry candidates with eligible employers in Canada."

Yes it is correct, you will not need to go through job bank. During EE asubmission you will be able to indicate that you already have a job offer and an LMIA. Good luck.
