Hello guys,

Could you please see my following job description and let me know if it fits 0601 Corporate Sales Manager? If not, what does it fit into? I work as a sales manager for an Airline company, however I'm really confused on NOC code for my EE profile.


Sales Manager
To build strong business relationships with key Asia Distributors resulting in the increase of company's revenue and market share.

  • Manage the overall sales relationship with independent distributors in Western Canada
  • Analyze and identify revenue opportunities to generate increased company sales
  • Develop tactical sales initiatives to ensure accounts meet revenue and market share objectives
  • Utilize market and account intelligence to respond effectively to rapid marketplace changes by successful internal (Revenue Management and Sales) and external communication while maintaining a high level of customer service and revenue protection.
  • Identify and recommend contract modifications (incentive and net fare agreements) that are required to generate increased sales and remain competitive
  • Conduct regular performance reviews
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Asia Sales in Eastern Canada providing support to Sales, Revenue Management and other branches as required
  • Provide representation at community, commercial and industry events
  • Collaborate with the Manager Specialty Sales Asia on resource allocation and activities
  • Coordinate & manage all activities within prescribed budget
  • Assist the Manager Specialty Sales, Asia, by providing internal and external client support
Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in an appropriate field, with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a sales related role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with particular focus on relationship management
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to adapt to specific requirements
  • Ability to interpret sales data and its effect on account and market performance
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers, for mutual benefit, while maintaining the ability to challenge requirements when needed
  • Motivated self starter who can work with minimal direction and supervision
  • Ability to cope with irregular or multiple work demands
  • Must be receptive to flexible work hours and travel expectations
  • Proficiency with PC Windows applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
