I am a Sr.Manager at recruiting/staffing company.The job description of my job matches with the NOC 0601 (Corporate Sales Manager).But my organization sells recruitment services and not any tangible/physical product .
The NOC 0601 (corporate sales manager) looks the nearest one but no where does it mention about inclusion of services in its purview. (pls refer the NOC description below) .Also mentioning my Job Description.
QUERY:
-Is NOC 0601 the correct choice to chose?
-If NO then, is there any other relevant NOC code?

3. Engage and strengthen ties with personnel/staffing departments of clients like Tier-1 vendors and IT implementation companies.
4. Recruit & supervise staff for Business-Development, Bench Sales and Recruitment department.
5. Control the activity of bench sales team to ensure minimum number of bench candidates and least bench periods.
6. Establish procedures for review of output by recruiters and business development team.
7. Lead the expansion of business network through participation in IT conventions/meets, bulk-mailing and online sales campaigns.
8. Plan and launch domestic staffing operations for Indian market, as an alternative line of revenue.
