Can I use my appointment letters and relieving letters as proof of work experience because the Company's address, job duties and package, all are mentioned on that letters. Do i still need any reference letter.? If not than should I write cover letter instead of Reference letter?
 
You would need the reference letter - if you are unable to provide any of the info, then you can attach the LOE and provide supporting documents. If the employer does not provide the reference letter as per CIC requirement, you can get a letter signed by your colleague or manager on plain paper, get it notarized and support with the above documents.
