I am in the process of applying to George Brown college. I had applied earlier this year and was accepted for an advance diploma. Unfortunately because of some financial setbacks I could not accept my offer.
So am going for 1 year course. I was wondering if the work and college preparation course would be a good idea because it's preparing you for a diploma. I already have an Associate degree in accounting.
would be ideal immigration wise

Is enrolling in a college preparation course for 1 year a good idea the whole idea is to get pr in the end.

Don't really know if it would carry the same weight as a diploma.

1 year course will get you a 1 year PGWP, 2+ years course will get you 3 years PGWP. If within 1 year of PGWP your employer will be willing to file PR application for you, well.....

At the end it is Diploma, so I believe it carries the same weight. Why not opt for a bachelor's?

That was the idea to get a bachelor but I had some setbacks so I was looking for a different program
