Hi guys.

Im applying wp ext with new employer + restoration using dual intent lmia. My problem is im reaching 4 Years cap On January 2017, I didnt Have any Skilled position before so I have to earn the 1 year experience before I can apply for Express Entry. My position will be food Supervisor. Does Having A dual Intent Lmia can convince The Officer To Give Me Atleast another Year Or More So I can apply for residency?

Thanks in.advance

It's a skill level B NOC which means it falls under the four year rule. You will not get a one year work permit. If your work permit is approved, it will only be valid until January 2017.

The fact it's a dual intent LMIA doesn't change anything. You still fall under the four year cap.
