Hi everyone, I need some help!

I have PGWP now and it will be expired in May and I(My employer) just had an interview for LMIA and hopefully get a positive letter soon.
LMIA I applied is only for PR so it won't come with work permit. When I applied for LMIA, I had enough time so I thought I won't need dual lmia but it took longer than I expected.

So now, unfortunately, I have only one and half months left. I really would like to keep my job and continue working.

I have consulted an agency and they said I can apply new work permit if I got LMIA Letter and AOR? but I don't think I can get AOR in a month.

What should I do now to extend my work permit in my situation? Can I apply for work permit with my LMIA? or is there any different way to get workpermit?
(someone said apply for work permit it will be rejected but still can work until it says on the letter it's like I have 3 months to get result)

Please help me! any advise will be great :)

Have you submitted a profile yet? Or do you need the LMIA to gain sufficient points to earn an ITA?

Well, you already know that you cannot use the LMIA for a work permit.

If you get an ITA, if you are ready to submit all your documents right away, it usually only takes 24 hours to receive the email AOR. As long as your current work permit has not yet expired, you would be eligible to apply for a bridging open work permit (BOWP) once you receive that email. The BOWP cannot be issued before you pass the completeness check, but you would be on "implied status" until that happened.

Note that if your current permit expires before IRCC receives your BOWP application, you will no longer be eligible for a BOWP.
