Can any one please tell? With how much possibility chance is there for Applying work permit under Lmia from India. Especially for NOC B (ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT )?

You need to find an employer to apply for the LMIA first. It would be a small chance of a positive LMIA as there are many Canadians who would be able to work as an administrative assistant, as it's not a position that needs an exceptional skillset that wouldn't be found in a Canadian employee.

Note that most LMIAs are scams. Don't give anyone money in exchange for a job in Canada.
I do have LMIA. How should I use it then? I can’t see any positive ray?

Are you 100% sure the LMIA is real? Again, most of these LMIAs are scams.
If you apply for a work permit with a fake LMIA, you will be refused and then banned from Canada for 5 years for misrepresentation.

he only risk is that my experience and my NOC is B (Administrative Assistant). So like what’s the probability of getting work permit.
