I applied for police clearance in end of Oct 2012, but I haven't received the Police clearance as yet.

Can I apply without police clearance certificate and submit it when I get it.

Yes you can apply ..and submit PCC when you get it. Please note that you can only send your PCC once get your File no ..

Thanks Bahadur30, can you let me know how long it takes to get the file no.
Hi,
According to Canadian Experience Class Tracker (trackitt.com), it seems take 1 - 1.5 months to get file no.
I read other threads (Thread title : September 2012 Applications, October 2012 Applications), and know people who have applied before October 12 got their file no.

When did you apply for PCC. You should be getting your PCC in 6- 8 weeks ..so if you can wait and then include PCC and then apply.

I applied on 31/Oct, its been 4 weeks. So what do you suggest is it better to wait for another couple of weeks or apply since most of the documentation is almost complete.

When are you completing your 2 years ...?

Have you taken any unpaid vacation in between?

I had gone to my native country for 3 weeks and I have accounted for that as well. Actually my 2 years got completed in 9/Nov but I included that 3 weeks vacation which would be mean I got my eligibility on 27/Nov.

Good going!

I would recommend you to apply ...and send the PCC later. I have seen some folks getting PCC after 2 -3 months and for sure you dont want to wait.

Yes, as per your suggestion since we can product PCC later I will apply once I get clarity on other two outstanding questions I have.

1. NOC category to use
2. What should be the Famil Name(is it blank or N/A or middle name or LNU)

Do you have two name? like Matt Harris....Anand Agarwal.... and in your passport it is mentioned under Given name ...

Is that the issue?

I have 3 names like Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar and all are mentioned in Given names and this applies to everyone in my family. All have 3 names but not one has a surname in passport(Dad, Mom, Brother, Son).
