Applying Visitor visa for in_lwas

HI Seniors,

I am planning to apply visotr visa for my in_lwas, can I file the applicaiton oniline. Find my situation as below:

1. they are in INDIA
2. I am in CANADA and recently received PR, waitng for PR card.

It will really gretful, if you someone ca provide the requried information and what are the documents required for the this application and the process of online filing.

Thanks, i dont have the PR card yet, can I apply with CoPR ?
