hiii , i have applied for uni. of winnipeg for financial management diploma (1 year) and my academic qualifications are
10th - 73% (2010)
12th - 73.5%(2012)
b.com - 69%(2014-2016)
but in first year of b.com i failed with 0 marks in stats so i started it again in 2014
ielts score is 6.5 overall with minimum 6
what are my chances of getting visa ?
