Hello

Can anyone who has been in the same situation help.. I have engaged a solicitor in Canada to help with my application as my husband is Canadian born but we are both living out of Canada. I am HIV positive and on ARV's.. Has anyone gone through the same situation and been sucsessful ??

As a spousal sponsorship, there is no "Excessive Demand" rejection of an application. I can't see any reason why this should be a block. It might however introduce some delay, so be prepared for that.

I thought this had all been discussed in October last year. What's changed?
