Applying trv inside Canada and travelling to home country asap

I am a student in Canada. My trv expired and I applied for a new trv and I just miss my family and Want to see them asap. Can I go and get my trv there?

There is no guarantee that things will be open by then and there may be huge backlogs. If you return home you should be prepared to potentially get stuck there for many months.
