Applying tourist visa with mother

Need your Advice,
My age is 25, working in a pharma field from last 4 year. My brother is a permanent resident in canada. I am having handsome bank balance,ITR's , Leave sactioned letter,NOC letter,investment proffs,father property valuation report and CA report, my mother is having a boutique business filling return from last 2 year and fatget is having a chemist shop.

My brother want to sponser us for tourism. Can anyone suggest me, what is the best suitable way to apply tourist visa.being having a young age ,is there is any difficulties for me to get the visa.
Should we apply all?
Or i can apply alone or with any one of my parent.

Please guide.

Actually my father is having a business so he wont be able to visit Canada.

Mother needs a acompany, if i will apply with my mother, and the principle applicant is mother , should i apply in this condition or still i should apply alone?

You are an adult so should apply separately. Your chances of approval are much lower than your mother. If your other needs help there is a wheelchair service. Needing to accompany your mother is not a reason to get approved.
