applying through general category student visa !! HELP plzz

hi i am applying student visa in general category

my qualifications-

10th CBSE 43%
+2 commerce 58% (2008-2010)
graduation in B.A 49.7% (JOURNALISM AS ELECTIVE SUBJECT) (2010-2013)
post graduation diploma in journalism 69% (2013-14)


i have property on behalf of which i wil get the loan and i have sufficient funds too

CAN ANYONE HELP ME THAT WILL MY CASE WILL BE APPROVED
AND DO I NEEED ANYTHING ELSE TO MAKE MY CASE MORE STRONG
