I am an international student from Japan and was taking an English class that is designed for pursuing full-time programs as visitor status( i have not completed the course because i got admission during the course) and then I got admission for a full-time program from the other college. so I applied for an initial student permit inside Canada through online. but after applying, I may not have a requirement applying inside Canada.
my question is that whether or not, I have a chance to get an acceptance letter? and is it matter i am in canada or ouside when i apply online?
