Hi,
I am on a 2 year work Permit which is HSRDC and LMO exempt as it is under the IT Skilled Program and also intra company transfer.
I have been in Canada for 3 months now.
I have a offer letter from the same company which says I am permanently transferred to Toronto and I am full time permanently employed. However they are not specifically giving another letter for PR as they fear I might quit after getting PR.
How can I convince CIC that I have Arranged employment.
I make up all the points. Just need to convince CIC that I have this Arranged Employment offer, but my firm is not ready to mention it specifically.
