Applying PR with Conditional Discharge case..

Hi friends...

Unfortunately I have charged in a assault case and crown offered conditional discharge with one year probation...

I'm a temporary foreign worker and completed one year canadian experience in an IT industry...

Am I still eligible to apply for PR ? Can anybody suggest who has experience with this type of cases...
