Applying PR visa for non accompanying family member

Hi all

I got PR as provincial nominee for Alberta, Canada. at the time of application submitting i filled my family will be accompanying me later after i settle in Canada, now i want to bring my family here in Canada. my family documents and medical has done and sent to LVO. my questions are

1- What is the procedure and documents do i need to send them.
2- how long it takes to bring family from Pakistan in my case.

Please guide me

It appears that you correctly listed your family as non accompanying dependents and they were medically examined and such.

Now, that you have landed and wish to sponsor them to Canada you will need to fill out all of the paperwork associated with Spousal Sponsorship and your family members will fill out the paperwork associated with the primary applicant. Each country has it's own detailed package and instructions which you can find on the CIC website. Be sure to include all of what they ask for and then you will send a completed application to Mississagua. Once they have determined your eligibility to sponsor your family they will then forward the completed applications to the Pakistan VO.

I don't know how long it will take the get the process completed, but I would join a corresponding forum group here for your VO and they would have much more information than I.

I have not landed yet even Im in visa stamping process, my wife medical going to expired on 30 august.

Im planing to take them with me as if i dont take them now it will take long process to complete.

I did also pay processing fee for my child, but they did not ask for process fee for my wife.

is there anyway i can add them now to accompanying family member.

what are other options?

You need to contact your vo and change them to accompanying. Your wife will need to have security checks and such. You s should use the PNP forum for more specific answers though. This is a family sponsorship forum which is a little different process.
