Applying PR for my New Born

I posted this question on the other thread, but it has lots of postings and my question is really getting buried.

I have recently moved from US to Canada as a PR. I have 2 kids both are US citizens. When I got PR in FSW class in 2014 our second child was not born then. I am now sponsoring PR for my second child. I am not sure what to answer for item number 6B on "Sponsorship Evaluation IMM5481E".

6B. Every other family member not included above and dependent on you (or the Co-Signer, if you have one) financially, whether they are living with you or not. Enter their number in the box

I am supporting my aged parents financially back in India, who are not PRs. Is the question 6B above really asking about that or it does not apply to me at all?

if the answer yes. What additional documents should I need to provide to show that I am supporting my parents?

Yes, you need to include your parents in 6B because you are supporting them financially. You don't need to include any additional documents; you just list them on the form.

I would like to know where should I send the completed forms to, of the two addresses listed, apparently both addresses are only for spousal applications either living in Canada currently or living outside of Canada. However, I am submitting the application for my child who was born in US and currently with us Canada.
