Applying Post Graduate Work permit

When you apply for PGWP, there is a column called "Coming into Canada". In this column, there is Question 4 " Provide the document number of your most recent Visitor Record, study, or work permit ". Can I fill in this column my co-op work permit? or a co-op work permit doesn't count as a Work permit ( as it is issued only to work when you study in college) or do I have to write my Study permit number in this column? Can anyone suggest me?

I had a co-op work permit as well. But because it is attached to the university (as the employer), I merely entered my study permit number in that column. I got my PGWP without any problem. I suggest you do the same.
