my friend is about to submit her application for permanent residency,
on Schedule 1, question 9, on the 3rd box there is a question that goes like this,
"been refused refugee status in,or an immigrant or permanent resident visa or visitor or temporary resident visa to, Canada or any other country, or have been refused a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) to Quebec?"
my question is: Does she need to put "Yes" to it since she was once refused on her application of work permit extension last March 9, 2016. or it should be "No" since the question is only pertaining to temporary resident visa and not work permit?
