Applying Open work permit from Pakistan for Wife while Husband is Canada on Work permit

Hi Guys,

My wife is applying from Pakistan for SOWP (Spouse Open Work Permit),

Q1) I need some idea on what to include in letter of explanation ? below are the documents I'm submitting online

Application Form:

• Application for Work Permit Made Outside of Canada (IMM1295) (required)

Supporting Documents:

• Family Information Form (IMM5707) (required): hand Signed form scanned uploaded
• Passport (required): Digital Image uploaded
• Digital photo: Digital Image uploaded
• Proof of Relationship: Marriage Certificate uploaded

Optional Documents:

• Schedule 1 - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside Canada: Form uploaded
• Client Information: Letter of explanation ??
  • Husband passport
  • Work permit
  • Job contract
  • Pay slips or Bank Statements (last 3 months)

Q2) Do you think is there anything else I should include ?

Q3) In the questionnaire there is a question as follows,
Do you want to work in one of the following jobs?

• health sciences worker
• clinical laboratory worker
• patient attendant in nursing or geriatric homes
• medical student admitted to Canada to attend university
• medical elective and physician on short term assignment
• teacher of primary or secondary schools or other teachers of small children
• domestics worker, someone who gives in-home care to children, the elderly and the disabled
• day nursery worker

Clicking "No" to that removes the Medical exam from the application (although she has upfront medical exam appointment next week),Now in her case she has Master's degree in physiology so I think she will falls in health science worker and further more she has not decided yet that she wants to work or not, she might take part-time job but this is something she will decide when she comes here ?, even though the permit is for work ?
