hello am currently applying online visa does it work in Kuwait or is it only for those who apply inside Canada?

Mostly it is for Canada. You can try...but to pay fees on-line service is available for the ones who are in Canada only.

hello all i just submitted my application online and paid for it while am outside Canada(Kuwait) is that going to be a problem? because i only see processing times for online only within Canada....
