Hi all! I currently met a situation. I was in the process of applying my study permit for first time. However, I accidentally upload a wrong document and unable to delete, so I start over my study permit application at the same time. All the information are the same, but when it comes to upload material, the list show I need to submit my transcript??? Which isn't required at the first application.
I deleted my first one to see anything changed, but the list still have that requirement. I searched the transcript is for the students who want to extend their study permit, which is not the case for me. Is that because I start my second application in the same account and they recognize me as extension?
Should I set up a new account and re-start my process? Thank you!
