Applying from Pakistan, Document Checklist

Hello,

I'm from Pakistan and I'm applying for an one year diploma program that involves 6 months of work experience. In my letter of acceptance, there is an explanation for work permit also attached. I read on the Canadian Immigration site that if my study program requires a work permit, then I don't have to apply for it separately and it'll be processed along with my study permit. I wanted to ask if I need to submit any extra documents for the work permit?

These are the documents I have so far. Please let me know if I'm missing any documents.

1. Valid passport
2. CNIC
3. Father's CNIC (and its translation)
4. Letter of acceptance
5. Study plan (letter of explanation)
6. Forms (IMM1294E, IMM5707E)
7. ILETS
8. Bank statements (father's) (6 million PKR)
9. Bank statements (own) (3 million PKR)
10. Affidavit of support (signed by my father, stamp paper)
11. Educational documents (matriculation and intermediate transcripts, no bachelor's since I didn't finish my degree)
12. Employment certificates
13. Salary payslips

For all the documents above, I have prepared a copy of them that are stamped and notarised.

Are there any documents that I'm missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

No extra documents are required. I hope you have included the offer letter and the letter stating that you have co-op of 6 months as part of your course.

Just as an added information , what you are going to get is a co-op work permit. This is yo differentiate it from a regular work permit. No additional documents are required since its part of your studies. You need to include that letter regarding you needing a co-op work permit.
