Applying from another country

Hi all,

My sister is working as a CHANGE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT in singapore on a Work permit. Can she apply from there being an Indian citizen... she qualifies under the new category that i have checked.

Is there any additional form that needs to be filled?? Please suggest?

If the applicant has be admitted legally to a country for a period of minimum 1 year she can apply from her current country of residence.

Her work permit is for 8 months... so i guess rules out that.... Any other solution please?

So then her only choice is to select New Delhi as the processing office as she isn't eligible for Singapore.
