I received a Certificate of Endorsement and a Work Permit Referral Letter from the Province of Nova Scotia (Atlantic Immigration Program) through an employer. I am now applying for my work permit through this program and will also be applying for PR through this program.
My wife and daughter (newborn) will be coming with me.
My questions are:
I am applying electronically from outside of Canada. Under the required documents for my daughter, it is asking for the IMM 5257 form. This form clearly states that dependents under 18 do not need to fill out this form. Why is it asking me for this under required? I tried to upload a form to this and it rejected it. Do I leave this out?
Secondly, my wife and I currently hold valid V-1 multiple entry visitor visa's to Canada. We are also eligible for eTa's from our country. Do we need to fill out new Application forms to enter Canada? I am assuming we do not.
