I'm about to apply for work permit as I recently received by graduation documents. Do I need to upload both the copies of passports (old & new) when I apply for work permit? I got new passport booklet just recently. Is there any other document that is required apart from the mandatory ones?

You only need your new passport. Other documents required are diploma/completion letter and transcript.
