Applying for Work Permit while on implied status

Hi,

Im applying for another work permit while I am on implied status. I have got to the part on the application where it asks me to say what date my visa is valid until, which was March 20th 2016 but I am currently in implied status, but when I put that date it says that I have gone over the 90 days. Could someone assist with what date I should put if I am in implied status? I have an explanation letter to add to the application too.
