Applying for work permit and wanna bring my family , need help to fill the form of IRCC application correctly

I am a neurosurgeon applying for 2 years work permit as a fellow and would like to accompany my family members (spouse and kids) on the same application , i am now at the stage of IRCC application , so I am a little bit confuse about for example which type of visa I should select for my wife and kids (Tourism visa , all type of visit visa ... etc )
and I want to know if I can apply for my family along with me on Quebec work permit? Pls advise I really want to take my kids and wife along.

so if anyone can help or share a checklist that can answer my quires ill appreciate his kind help and support .

Would warn you that although you can do a fellowship in Canada answer an IMG you won’t be able to work as a physician in Canada after you finish your fellowship unless you come from a few select countries. Where have you done your training? If not from a few select countries you would need to try and get a spot repeating your neurosurgery residency which will likely not be possible and I assume you won’t be interested in repeating 6 years of training.
