Hi

I'm want to apply for visitor visa to Canada from the UK. I have a refugee travel document so I cannot apply online from the web.

How should I apply in person? Should I just pop up at VAC which are by VFS global. As there is no option to apply for an appointment for visa on their website. There is an option to apply for biometrics and they ask for IRCC number which I don't have since I can't apply online.

Can someone guide me about the process on applying from the UK please?

Thanks

This is from the VFS UK website:
If you are not required to submit your biometric information, you do not need to make an appointment to visit your local Canada Visa Application Centre. Simply visit the Visa Application Centre at your convenience along with your passport, photographs, completed forms, the Government of Canada Fee, and all the supporting documents listed in the IRCC document checklist.

So technically even though you need to give biometrics but you cant, you should be fine just showing up and explaining the issue to them.

Have you tried giving them a call to confirm? Here is the number: +442036033860

Hi, thanks for the response. Yes that was what I wa worried about. Even for biometrics appointment they ask for IRCC number and I don't have it since I'll be applying on paper.

Thanks for the contact, I'll confirm from them.
