I have just started with my parents applications and I have few questions.
I am planning to apply for their visas online
* When i create their online account to submit the online application, does it have to be their name?
* Or can I just create an account for them and be their representative?
* My parents relationship to me: parents or child?
* Do I have to book 2 way tickets or just the one going in Canada, in case they get approved?
