applying for VISA with a CONDITIONAL LOA?

I have been admitted into Concordia graduate program. But the admission they gave is contingent upon my sending a sealed copy of my transcript and proof of degree. I've made arrangement to send the above documents, but I'm sure I won't get the unconditional offer prior to my visa application window. I want to know if applying for study permit with the conditional offer is ideal.

just think once before applying. you have conditional LOA. what if you are not fulfill their condition. so, you can't apply for visa until and unless you have unconditional LOA.

I'm making arrangements for the documents I will send to make unconditional. In other words, I will get the unconditional offer before my start date. So if I apply using the conditional letter so as to beat the visa timing , you mean they will not offer me?

You only know you have sufficient documents. how visa officer will know that you have been accepted to that university unconditionally or not. [ I am not telling they will not issue. I am just trying to say if you are having Conditional LOA that means there must be some condition
which you have to fulfill otherwise you will not get through. ( Please Don't take it otherwise).]

Don't worry , if its too late. You will get a deferral letter from school.

1. You can definitely apply on the basis of conditional LOA, make sure you send required documents before filing Visa. You do not need a new LOA, VO will verify if there are any conditions.

Thanks @Enfield, I was scared I will need a hard copy of my unconditional offer letter. I will also like to know if a one year gap in eduction without a work experience is going to be a problem when applying for visa.

Hey, I have also got the Conditional LOA from Concordia for the fall intake. So does it mean that once i get my final transcript I have to send it the University and then they will have to send an other unconditional LOA.. Or can I apply for the CAQ and the Visa using the conditional LOA that I have with me right now? Please clarify mate

The condition that they have mentioned is :Admission conditional upon receipt of official transcript indicating degree(s) conferred with required standing:B.Tech Degree From Punjab Technical University.

My result will came around in 3rd week of July.

Now my Question is that can I apply for VISA with the conditional offer only....?
As University officials have told me that i can pay my fees and register for courses only when i send then my all my results and degree and only then they will give me an unconditional offer...and i have heard that it's necessary to have tuition fee receipt while applying for VISA....

So should i wait for my results and then applied for VISA with a unconditional offer.....or i can apply with the conditional offer only without wasting any time.....?

But yes i will provide all the required docs to embassy but its not possible for me to show them unconditional offer as it takes a lot of time to send the required docs to university and wait for unconditional offer and then apply for visa

Hello.
I have similar question.
I applied for a study permit with a conditional LoA. And the condition outstanding was "Submission of proof of a valid study permit".
But I got a refusal letter from the embassy and the reason they gave was that "I'm not satisfied that your admission to the intended program is unconditional".
The problem is that NAIT(Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) where I've applied is asking for proof of a valid study permit and embassy is asking for full Admission.
So how am I supposed to deal with that?
Can you give any advice ?

There is condition mentioned in my offer that I have to submit my study permit approval before 1 aug other wise application will be cancelled.my biometrics are on 20 july. i mailed college they said they won't cancel but when visa officer will read this condition after 1aug .will they refuse my visa?
