In 2010 my father applied for investment visa for Quebec (for our family) and in 2013 he got a file number and interview appointment but he withdraw and did not go for the interview . Now my sister and I are preparing ourselves to go and study in toronto and while i was applying for visa there was a question which asked have you previously applied to enter or remain in canada ? Im not sure what should I answer to this question because i don't know if our file number is still in their website or not ? Please help me what should i do .
