Applying for Visa outside Canada while holding PGWP

If I have a PGWP ,Can I travel outside Canada? MY visa has expired. If I apply for Visa from my country will there be a problem to get TRV? I am planning to travel on 26th May, 2019..

Your primary problem is that the 26th is in very short time. Are the visa processing times for your country even close to only being five days?

Presently I am in Montreal. I will leave on 26th may and I am planning to return 6th July. Since my visa has expired, I am planning to apply for visa once I reach to my country. Will it be a problem ?

That isn't an issue, unless it takes a very long time for the visa to be reviewed.

When you wrote this question, it read like you were already outside Canada and had planned to return to Canada on May 26.

Sorry for my first question. I was really worried about my situation. So I think once I reach to my country, hopefully 28th may, I am going to apply through my GCkey account.
