Applying for visa for my unemployed dentist spouse, can there be a problem?

Hi, My wife is a dentist from India and is on the open work permit. But she needs to get the dental license to work, so she is preparing for her dental exam and going to attempt those.

My queries are:
Should I explain this?
Can one give licensing exams while on the work permit?

Yes, it is an inland application.
I mean, should I explain in the letter of explanation that she is going to attempt the dental license exams to be eligible to practice as a dentist?
Even if I explain, is it allowed to attempt licensing exams while on a work permit?

you don't have to mention in the letter of explanation that she is going to attempt the dental license exams to be eligible to practice as a dentist.

you may need to check the dental license exam registration requirement for eligibility.....the exam is not relevant to inland sponsorship
