It all depends what you mean by Work? If you want a better understanding of where your application had problems then yes, you are right. If you have been denied I would recommend you get your notes before you consider submitting another application. Good luck and apply now as it takes a month to get notes.
Do a search on main forum page and you will find tons of information on GCMS. These are computer generated notes made by the VO on your application. Everyone is entitled to read them about their own file but you have to apply in Canada or through a Canadian agency if you don't know anyone in Canada. Again a search of forum will give you all the info on how to apply.
