Hi folks,

After getting Canadian passport, are we still allowed to use our home passport (e.g., Indian, Chinese) to apply for US B1/B2 Visa? I understand that Canadian passport is visa exempted to enter the US. When we fill out the B1/B2 application form for Indian/Chinese passport and indicate Canadian as our dual citizenship on the form, can we get B1/B2 approved?

Anyone who has the experience please comment on this. Thank you all guys.

1, Why? Your Indian passport is no longer valid, and Canadians don't have to apply for a B1/B2 to enter he US,

According to the "Indian" laws, the Indian passport is not valid. But the US Government does not care whether or not the Indian passport is still valid based on Indian laws. Once the Indian passport is not expired, the US government admit it.
It's a felony to use non valid passport, don't matter if its not expired.

LOL Isn't "Indian" laws what matters when it comes to the validity of "Indian" passports?
