Applying for U.S visitor visa

I just finished my college this April, and already done with my convocation.
Also I have applied for my work permit around June 5th, 2019.
My Study visa is expiring on July 31st, 2019,
I had a doubt if I can apply for United States ,visitor visa in 2 or 3 days? and if I do - should I do it on basis of student or Work Permit basis.
(My nationality is India) If this is valid.

Your application for a US visa has nothing to do with your Canadian study/work permits. You will be asked about your status in Canada, and if you don't have your work permit when you apply, you tell them you're on a student permit. That's the only place it will come up. Having a student/work permit in Canada doesn't mean that you are guaranteed a US visa.

You can certainly apply if you wish.
