I got my Bridging Open Work Permit this week and my current TRV was already expired in April 2015. Now, I am applying TRV online. Below are the couple of questions that i need some clarifications.
1. Currently i am working for company with intra transfer facility. My assignment will be over by end of June 2015. As i have BOWP, I am planning to resign and look for some other job as my wife also works here in Canada.
Coming to IMM5257E application, There is section called "Details of Visit to Canada". Till date my employer use to do my TRV so they use to mention their employer details in this section. But now, as i am planning to resign by end of this month, what should i mention in this section when i am applying for TRV now?
If i submit today, Can i use my employer details as i will be with the company till end of June. Will this be any problem in future when i travel from India to Canada ? (Any chance of asking the questions by Canada boarder security while entering into Canada?)
