I am intending to apply for the Quebec right now while I have to start learning French. I will send my French language credentials as soon as it is available and also want to get it quickly done, but as I don't want any delay in the application, just enquiring if it is possible to lodge application that way. I am Electrical Engineer, with almost four years of experience, single and my IELTS score is (S=7, R=7.5, W=6.5, L=7). For me getting good French language is a requirement.
Please guide me in that....
