Hey everyone,
I'm a Canadian citizen and want to apply for a Super Visa for my elderly parents in Pakistan. They don't know how to use a computer so I'll be handling everything on their behalf.
I've seen people mention the IMM 5476 (Use of a Representative) form, but I'm wondering, is it actually mandatory? What happens if I just fill out their application and submit it without filing that form?
Has anyone done it without the IMM 5476 and still got approved? Or is skipping it a red flag that could get the application rejected or flagged?
Would love to hear from people who've been in a similar situation. Thanks!
