Applying for study permit without CAQ

Hey guys I really need some help here and it's URGENT!

I'd like to know if i can apply for study permit WITHOUT CAQ or the confirmation email the MICC sends out because I am extremely short on time. If so how can i do that because on the website it won't let me go on to pay unless i have the documents.

please let me know ASAP

do u have CAQ approved? if so on then MICC much have an approval document ..a pdf letter just download it and then apply...when CAQ is approved they send one copy to u and another to CIC ..i applied without the original letter that comes in ail.

If you havn't received CAQ on e-mail or hard copy, you cannot apply for visa to study in Quebec.
