Applying for Student Visa

Greetings,
I am a Student of ISC class 12 in India. I have like just fine scores in my periodic tests but in my finals I had a pretty great record since grade 9. I also have a powerful CV as told by my Councillor.
Here are the scores :
grade 9 : 75%
grade 10: 88%
grade 11 : 95%
Right now I just entered grade 12 so I don't have any expected or my final board marks.
Will I be fine for Student VISA in Canada? Will I get it or not?

Have you applied for universities or colleges in Canada? That's kind of essential for a student permit.
